John (“JJ”) Saur is the Director of Underwriting and Risk for L&F Holdings Limited, the Bermuda-based professional lines captive insurance group for the PwC network of firms.  He oversees the program design and underwriting processes for all lines of insurance written by L&F.  His responsibilities include exploration and development of insurance solutions for new and emerging risks, oversight of the actuarial function, managing L&F’s reinsurance placements, and the setup and implementation of fronting arrangements for all L&F policyholders who require locally admitted cover.  JJ also serves as an insurance advisor to PwC Global and PwC US for their insurance placements and considerations outside of the captive umbrella.
