Andres is a seasoned insurance professional with over a decade of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry. As Vice President at Willis Towers Watson Management (Bermuda) Ltd., Andres oversees the financial reporting and insurance services for both captive and commercial insurers, while also playing a pivotal role in business development with a particular focus on the Latin American market.

Andres began his career with KPMG Bermuda as an Audit Senior, specializing in commercial and captive insurance audits. He later joined Marsh IAS Management Services (Bermuda) Ltd., where he honed his expertise as an Insurance Manager and Business Developer. Over the years, Andres has gained significant experience in corporate governance, regulatory solvency, and risk frameworks.

His educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting from the University of Medellin, Colombia. Andres is also a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in Bermuda and is currently pursuing the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, expected to be completed by 2025.
