Nicola is Managing Director of Artex Risk Solutions (Bermuda) Ltd. She is also the Director of Captive and Commercial and responsible for all of the Bermuda Artex Risk operations which includes Commercial and Long-Term entities, Single parent captives, Group captives and Segregated cell companies.

Prior to joining Artex in January 2022, Nicola spent 16 years with Marsh Captive Solutions in Bermuda as a Senior Vice President and Client Executive with a specific focus on Commercial and Long-term re/insurance together with Captive insurance. She also sat on the Board of a number of client companies in the role of Independent Director.  Nicola is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and holds an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) from the Insurance Institute of America. She also holds a BA (Hons) in Accountancy from Southampton Solent University. Nicola is a Director and Committee Member of the Bermuda Captive Network.
