Jennifer is a Senior Vice President within Brown & Brown’s Bermuda office, and is the Bermuda Captive Leader. Her duties include oversight of the financial and regulatory reporting, regulatory compliance, oversight and supervision of the team in Bermuda, and quality control within the entire portfolio.

Prior to this, Jennifer possessed 14 years’ cross jurisdictional experience in one of the most globally renowned Accountancy firms and has gained excellent industry exposure and developed strong business acumen in that time, working in the captive industry for the last ten 10+ years.

Jennifer was named in the annual Captive Review Power 50 as “One to Watch” in 2021 and more recently recognized by Captive International in their “Forty under 40” publication in June 2023.
