David Maslo is an actuary and the Head of Business Development for ARC Ltd, the mutual insurance company of the African Risk Capacity. He leads the inclusive growth strategy of ARC, aiming to develop innovative climate risk-transfer solutions in the 55 African Union Member States including working with governments on setting and scaling up national agricultural insurance schemes.
