Marthinus Dreyer has over 9 years post-qualification litigation, arbitration, negotiation and risk mitigation experience, specializing in distress entity restructuring, winding up / insolvency proceedings, commercial crime (fraud and theft) investigations and asset/debt recovery throughout Southern Africa and most recently Bermuda (last 3 years). Marthinus is admitted as an Attorney in the High Court of South Africa and a member of the Restructuring and Insolvency Specialists Association of Bermuda, INSOL International, TMA International and has a Masters in International Business Law from City University of London.
