Jeremy France is a Managing Director and the Head of Graystone Consulting (“Graystone”), the institutional client business of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management.  Consisting of 61 highly skilled and experienced consulting teams located across the country, Graystone provides customized investment programs to some of the nation’s most trusted institutions, including: Foundations and Endowments; Corporate Pension Plans; 401(k) Plans; Taft-Hartley Funds; Health Care Plans; Public Pension Plans; Family Offices; Non-Profits and Educational Institutions.  Each Graystone consultant has access to the global resources of Morgan Stanley yet delivers the personalized service one might expect from a small investment boutique.

Jeremy also leads our other Institutional Consulting businesses and solutions including Corporate Cash, Government Entities and Institutional Infrastructure Solutions.

Jeremy joined Morgan Stanley in 2020 from Mercer, where he held numerous roles over 15 years cumulating as Chief Operating Officer of Mercer US Wealth.  In this position he supported the acquisition, operations, strategic planning and financial requirements of the division which included Actuarial and Specialty consulting teams as well as OCIO Solutions.  Jeremy also held a number of Committee appointments within the organization, however one of the honors he is most proud of is having been the most requested mentor during his time at Mercer.

Jeremy earned a B.S. from Bryant University in Actuarial Mathematics.  He lives in Boston and sits on the Board of the Graystone Foundation, which makes contributions on behalf of the business to important causes.
