Rebecca is Chief Risk Officer for Nautilus Indemnity, a captive insurer in Bermuda and Ireland. She specializes in enterprise risk management, governance, operations and regulatory compliance. Her areas of expertise include Solvency II, information security, business communications, ESG, vendor management and process improvement. She has been advising boards and non-executives for over 10 years and was once told by a director that she was the most optimistic CRO they had ever met.

Prior to moving to Bermuda Rebecca was working in the Lloyd’s market in London for 12 years. She is a member of the Institute of Risk Management and works with various organizations to promote and develop diverse talent within the insurance industry in Bermuda, including the Bermuda Captive Network and the Bermuda Foundation for Insurance Studies. In particular, she is an advocate for the development of female professionals in the industry.
