Raveem has always sought to raise the bar for analytical underwriting and currently develops new Africa-first parametric products for ASR Re. He was previously at Aon Benfield, Validus Group, and Ariel Re (Bermuda). Before ASR, he was most recently CEO of Qomplx Underwriting Limited, an MGA selling a new NDBI cyber+terrorism parametric product (WonderCover) for the UK SME market back by Chaucer, where the product went on to win an insurance innovation award.

Raveem was chair of the (Re)insurance Special Interest Group at EU COST Action IS1304 on Structured Expert Judgement and is a triple graduate of the University of Oxford.
