Booth & Setup Information
A Trade show will be held concurrently with the Bermuda Captive Conference, at the Fairmont Southampton Hotel from June 13-15, 2016.
Exhibitor Booths will be arranged in a location which guarantees constant access.

All exhibitors receive:
- 10′ wide by 8′ deep booth space
- Conference passes based upon sponsorship level
- an online listing and hyperlink to your website from exhibitor page of www.bermudacaptive.bm
- a listing in conference program
- a copy of current year’s attendees
Materials and booths must be in Bermuda by Tuesday, September 5th, 2017.
Set Up Booths:
Sunday, September 10th, 2017 from 12 noon until 6 pm.
Monday, September 11th, 2017 from 7 am. until 11:30 am.
Break Down of Booths:
Wednesday, September 13th, 2017 at 4:00 pm when Exhibit floor closes.

Invoice will be sent upon commitment. Payment due 30 days from date of invoice. If payment is not received, reservation will be canceled. If necessary, other payment arrangements can be made by contacting Rhona Emmerson, conference coordinator.
CONFERENCE SPONSORSHIP, EXHIBITORS and EVENTS CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the conference will be refunded without penalty. If the cancellation is received less than 90 days from the first day of the conference, no refunds will be issued. Cancellation requests must be received in writing either by mail, email or fax.
Sponsors and exhibitors will be given the first option of refusal for following conference. Sponsorships, ads and exhibits are available on a first come, first serve basis. BCC committee assumes no liability for content of any ads or promotional materials.
