Session: Captive Ownership in the Age of Emerging Risks

Ms. Korff is the Client Services Leader for the Bermuda office of​ Marsh’s Captive Solutions Group. As Client Services Leader she has​ overall responsibility for the development and operation of the Client​ Services group and overall performance of each client team within the​ group. She monitors the standards of service, the effective and​ efficient use of resources and coordination of staff professional​ development. Prior to her role as Client Services Leader Tanja was a​ Client Team Leader in the Vermont office of Marsh’s Captive Solutions​ Group. She was a member of the local senior management team​ assisting in the development of internal policies, procedures and​ resource management. She has extensive experience in the​ implementation and management of various captive types, sizes and​ industries and the risk pooling facilities Green Island Reinsurance​ Treaty, Blue Exchange Reinsurance Treaty and BenPool Re.​
