Nick Miles is a Partner at Kennedys Bermuda. He has over 20 years’ experience of advising on insurance and reinsurance-related matters, including advice to captives and their investors and counterparties on matters of Bermuda law. As then-Head of BILTIR’s Legal and Regulatory Committee, he was closely involved in formulating industry consultation on changes to the governance components of the BMA’s Insurance Code of Conduct in 2022.
