Luis is SRS’s Regional Director for Latin America and is based in Colombia. He is responsible for the oversight of the SRS’s LATAM portfolio, and the dedicated team designated to service such market. He is also actively involved in the management of several of our Bermuda and Cayman domiciled clients.

Experience
Luis joined SRS in 2020. He is a bilingual accountant with over 11 years’ experience in managing large portfolios of captive insurance companies, commercial insurers, rent-a-captive as well as segregated cells. He is responsible for ensuring financial reporting, insurance program renewals and the operation of each captive is performed with high standards and an excellent level of service.

Before joining SRS, Luis was Vice President with JLT Insurance Management (Bermuda) Ltd, where he worked for 5 years. Luis has also worked as Finance Manager at Marsh Management Services (Bermuda) Lt for 2 years and Assistant Auditor at PwC in Colombia for 3 years.
